The photograph shows the workroom of a ruined mill, which is more than one hundred years. At the old millstones lying on the floor, you can read the date – 1907, pillars and beams stand and lie next to it. There is an exit in the room – a doorway with steps and the light gets into the room through it and the spring nature can be seen through it – a verdant lawn, trees with young foliage. Something similar to the old clothes lays near the steps.
This plot symbolizes the circulation of time, the fate that puts a person on all the trials in order to find oneself, renewed and reborn, became closer to the pure and sublime.
Also, as an example of the composition, we clearly see the allegory that Mill grinding millions of grains, freeing them from the husk, turns them to flour of the future bread. And this is the character of an important metaphysical law: from "the huge and unclean All – the ultra-clean and delicate All is coming " – the essence of perpetual motion of the World (German alchemist, Paracelsus follower – Heinrich Khunrath).
It thrashes you to uncover, It sifts you to release from the husk, It grinds you to whiteness...
